Inspect on delivery
With cash on delivery, you may inspect the sealed product upon arrival before paying. Check that the pack is intact and correctly labelled.
Damaged or defective items
If your order arrives damaged, leaking, or defective, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo and your order details, and we'll arrange a replacement.
Wrong or incomplete orders
Received the wrong item or a short count? Let us know right away and we'll correct it at no extra cost to you.
